Stratford Management currently acquires apartment properties and multifamily-backed non-performing debt in Florida and New York. We actively pursue garden-style apartment communities with one hundred or more units that offer some value-add, redevelopment, or rehabilitation potential. Generally known for our consistent speed and flexibility, we close with minimal contingencies and collaborate with sellers to navigate tax considerations, partnership structures, and debt transfers.
