Stratford.com does not itself process rental applications, rent payments, resident maintenance requests, credit or background checks, Social Security numbers, bank-account information, payment-card information, or similar resident-account information through the public Site.

Those functions may be provided through third-party property-management and resident-service platforms.

When you leave the Site or interact directly with a third-party service, the collection and processing of information by that third party is governed by its privacy policy and terms.

Visitors may also communicate directly with Stratford by email regarding our properties.

Individuals may submit résumés, applications, correspondence, files, and other employment-related information to Stratford.

Stratford retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary or appropriate for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.

In determining retention periods, we may consider:

• our business and operational requirements;
• legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements;

Stratford will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

Certain privacy laws require covered businesses to recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals transmitted through a browser, browser extension, device, or similar technology.

Where required by applicable law and applicable to Stratford’s processing activities, Stratford will treat a qualifying signal, including an applicable Global Privacy Control signal, as a request to opt out of the applicable sale, sharing, or use of personal information for targeted advertising in accordance with applicable law.

Because privacy laws and technical standards continue to develop, the mechanisms Stratford recognizes and the manner in which such signals are processed may change over time.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
